Naima Charlier is Director of Teaching and Learning for NAISHK where she oversees the curriculum development and vision of teaching and learning for our three campuses covering from 3 to 18 years. In her 22 year career Naima has worked in the UK, USA, Romania and Hong Kong. She has been a school leader for over 15 years and has developed a passion for growing new schools and has now been a founding member of three successful international schools, holding varying roles including Head of School and Deputy Principal.
