John has considerable leadership experience from his time in Toronto, where he was employed as a Principal at three large secondary schools and Super intendent of Education for the Toronto Catholic District School Board

 

In Hong Kong, John was Upper School Principal at CDNIS for10 years beginning in 2004, founding Head of School at Mission Hills International School in Shenzhen (now Bromsgrove International), and in 2016 became Director of American School Hong Kong (ASHK).

John is a widely respected educational leader whose passion for education is exemplified in the positive rapport he maintains with staff and students and the strong sense of community he establishes in the schools he directs.
