Emma Coleman joined Nord Anglia International School, Hong Kong in 2017 as Head of Early Years, helping to establish the two new Nord Anglia pre-schools in Hong Kong. She is now Head of Campus at Sai Kung and the EYFS Teaching Fellow for Nord Anglia University.
Prior to joining Nord Anglia, Emma led the EYFS in a brand-new International School in Dubai. This role enabled Emma to develop outstanding pedagogy and practice in the Early Years. Before moving to Dubai, Emma led the EYFS and Key Stage 1 in a school in Warwickshire; this school became a model of good practice within the county.
