Since 2016, Mr Chadwick has been the principal of the International Section at the Korean International School (KIS). He leads and manages a team of esteemed teachers and handles strategic budgeting, as well as assessing student learning and well-being, and offering student support. During his time at KIS, he has introduced IGCSE and A-level subjects, as well as Mandarin, Korean and Spanish language programmes. He also spearheaded a special unit called Springboard.
Prior to KIS, he was the head teacher of the International Primary Section at the French International School in Hong Kong. In addition to class management and organisation, curriculum design and student learning and support, he was also responsible for the school’s public relations, plus marketing and fundraising. He introduced a trilingual program in the school incorporating French, English and Mandarin. He was also responsible for the opening of new campuses at Chai Wan and Hung Hom.
