Carly is a Grade 5 teacher and the Upper Primary Coordinator at Hong Kong Academy. Drawing on 15 years of experience as an inclusive international educator in primary classrooms she constructs positive, caring and engaging classroom cultures anchored by mutual respect. She believes that children are capable individuals who should be given an opportunity to express their unique talents through a range of differentiated, inquiry-based learning experiences, in and out of the classroom. Carly is currently pursuing a Certificate in International Leadership to complement her Postgraduate Certificate in Education and Bachelors Degree in Religious Studies.
