Andrew Finn

Western Co-Principal, YCIS – Secondary

Mr Finn began his teaching career in 2002 as a secondary school teacher and has gained a range of leadership experience working for an OFSTED-accredited outstanding school in London and more recently at one of the largest international schools in the Middle East.

Mr Finn holds a Bachelor of Education from the University College of St Mark & St John and has worked as a facilitator delivering the National Professional Qualification for Senior Leaders with University College London (UCL). He has also spearheaded a Professional Development Project in partnership with Cambridge University and during his time in the Middle East Mr Finn led his school to gain multiple accreditations specifically from Council of International Schools (CIS) and British Schools of the Middle East (BSME). Mr Finn is a passionate educator and a strong believer in the growth mindset.
