The International Schools Festival will proceed as planned on Saturday, September 20, 2025  and the event will open at 9:30 AM as scheduled.

However, should adverse weather conditions arise, the following protocols will be implemented to ensure participant safety:

Typhoon Signal No 8 (or Above) Protocols

If T8 Signal (or Above) is Issued During the Event

• Immediate Action: All activities will be halted immediately upon announcement

• Closure Protocol: The event will officially close 2 hours after the official government Typhoon Signal 8 announcement

• Safety Priority: This timeframe allows participants sufficient time to safely depart the venue
  
  

If T8 Signal (or Above) is in Effect Before Event Start (Before 9:00 AM)

The event schedule will be adjusted based on when the Typhoon Signal No 8 (or Above) is lifted:

Black Rainstorm Warning Protocols

If Black Rainstorm Signal is Active During the Event

• Event Continuity: The event will continue as scheduled

• Enhanced Safety: Additional safety measures will be in place

• Ongoing Assessment: Conditions will be continuously monitored
  
  

If Black Rainstorm Signal is in Effect Before Event Start (Before 9:00 AM)

The event schedule will be adjusted based on when the Black Rainstorm Warning is lifted:
